How to reduce the LDL (bad cholesterol)

Cholesterol is a substance that is found in the body and is responsible for regulating functions such as the formation of bile acids and various types of hormones. Its presence cannot be absent, but if its level in the blood is above the levels considered normal, it produces hypercholesterolemia, a risk factor, which is directly related to heart disease. 
The good news is that there are experts in these types of diseases, and studies done by expert doctors concluding that this disease can be avoided if you lead a healthy lifestyle, including sports, and a balanced diet.

Poor eating habits, a diet rich in saturated fats and sugars, and poor in fruits, vegetables and unsaturated fats, tobacco, lack of physical activity, are the main causes of raising the levels of bad cholesterol. One of the worst consequences caused by high blood cholesterol is myocardial infarction or heart attack. 

When cholesterol is high you need to be careful with food, special attention with those who have a lot of saturated fat. First of all, if there is overweight you have to reduce it, doing sports, a healthy life is related to eating foods that favor the reduction of blood cholesterol.

What foods should I eliminate from my diet?

- avoid fried foods and fats from fried foods

-reduce the consumption of sugar and sugary products to the maximum

-Remove fatty sausages

-Remove buns and cookies with a high content of sugars and fats.

  What healthy foods can I eat and reduce my cholesterol?

-a diet rich in vegetables and whole grains

-to consume more fish than meat

Although high cholesterol is the main risk factor for cardiovascular diseases, many neglects their daily habits and continue to consume foods that raise LDL (bad cholesterol), I personally think that we must take it very seriously high cholesterol levels, and in this way, we will avoid suffering from diseases related to LDL. Not performing physical exercise is another key factor so that cholesterol does not decrease. 
Every healthy person over 40 years old if he is a man and 50 if he is a woman, should go through an analysis to control cholesterol levels.
