In this article, we will explain the importance of practicing sports for a healthy life.Many studies and almost all doctors, explains that the lack of physical activity is the fourth risk factor for mortality worldwide.  Jobs and leisure activities that require physical activity are increasing faster than one thinks, adding that the time "leftover" after a working day, we waste it in an armchair watching TV, or with our phones, tablets or laptops "discovering the world" in the social networks (I'm not against this practice, but you have to do it with moderation and maintain healthy life as, the first goal of life). 
       Without "scaring" anyone, you need to know that physical inactivity is the main cause of a high percentage of breast and colon cancers, diabetes, and heart disease.

                   What are the main benefits that sports practice can bring me?

     Reduces the risk of hypertension, coronary heart disease, stroke, diabetes, breast and colon cancer and depression.
     A very important improvement for the health of the bones and is decisive for the correct functionality of the body.
     It is also decisive for energy expenditure and most importantly, it helps to have caloric balance and a healthy weight.
     The benefits provided by sport are not only physical but also affect mental health, drastically reduces the onset of depression and stress, in the same way improving self-esteem and even social relationships, especially when playing sports that they include other human beings. 
      In short, sport makes you feel good, you relate better to people, you rest better.

      Sport is an excellent form of physical activity with which you will have a good time and help achieve goals such as muscle development and weight loss. Sport also benefits hormonal regulation and the strengthening of the immune system.

      If you have children, introducing the sport in childhood is a way to make sure that our children grow up healthy and happy and that, in addition, they implement a healthy habit that will most likely extend into adult life.

      Sport is essential to fight against the epidemic of obesity that our society is experiencing. Childhood obesity is a serious problem today and can have very bad consequences in the future.
